Another reference sheet! This time, he's a villain! Ooooh!
Designed by the extraordinary Pokemon-Ranger-Casey, Dr. Curious is the first villain revealed for the series I'm working on. Fun Fact, this is my first time drawing bare feet. His original design had shoes but I decided to remove them for two reasons. Unfortunately, I somehow moved my entire shading layer over one pixel, so the shading is off veeeery slightly. Just enough to bother the shit out of me. 
I'd fix it if I didn't merge all the layers already, and it wasn't a big pain in the ass.
All information is subject to change. Story is still a WIP!

One, he's supposed to be a bit on the weird side, so I wanted to give him an odd, yet memorable trait to emphasize his strangeness. And two, I want to get better at drawing body parts like hands and feet, and what better way to do it than force myself to draw them constantly? Considering his role in the series, by the time I finish his Chapter I'll have mastered drawing hands and feet.
